About Us

A co-educational ICSE-affiliated school, ICS Junior School is located at the edge of the Western Ghats in Karamadai (in the Coimbatore district of South India). The name Karamadai was derived from the name of the tree "Karai Maram". As this area was widely covered with this particular species tree. and offers a conducive environment that promotes academic, sporting and co-curricular areas adequately. The institution focuses on holistic learning, engaging the child to understand, analyse and apply the acquired knowledge.

Every student is given ample and equal opportunity with unique teaching methods that nurture both talent and skill. The focus is not on obtaining mere marks, but to enable each child to 'make a mark'.
